Integral Yoga is for all body types and ability levels, and typically focuses on the structural alignment of our bodies, within a container of meditative practice. Through a series of breath exercises and asanas (poses), we aim to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga practiced with this attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment can help promote total physical and spiritual well-being, relieving some of the stresses of modern day life.
